You do not require an account with Freshdesk to be able to receive support from AWM Clayton, via Freshdesk support, however, if you would like to be able to check the status of your ticket, an active account is needed.  If you emailed your support request to any of our mailboxes including clayton.sales@mmem.com.au, you will receive an automatic response from us which includes your ticket number.  Whenever there is a status change to your ticket eg when a ticket is assigned to a team member or when a team member enters your order into our system, you will be notified via email of this.
