To verify if any of your orders, whether you've placed your it online, over the phone, via email or in-store, backorders can be checked by logging into your online account;


How do I login to the AWM Clayton eCommerce site


Once logged in, follow the steps below to see what backorders you have.


  1. Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the site (see image 1 below in GREEN)

  2. Then click on the button in the My Backorders section (see Image 1 above in RED)
  3. You'll then be presented with the MY BACKORDERS page

  4. Find the order you want to check by searching either the Order#, PO# or Job# fields (see Image 2 above in GREEN) and then click on the View Order link under the actions column (see Image 2 above in RED).
  5. You'll then be presented with the Order View. At the top, you'll see the Order details including Dispatch method & Delivery Address (see image 3 below in BLUE), Order Creation Date/Time (see image 3 below in RED) and Order Details (including Special Instructions)  in the below image in GREEN.

  6. The next part of the Order View shows the line items in the order.  Any items that are on backorder will show Backordered under the Status column (see image 4 below in RED)

  7. For items that are on backorder, AWM Clayton Warehouse will SMS or call you once the items arrive unless you specified delivery in which case they will be delivered.
  8. If you would like to change or cancel the whole order, please call us (03) 9549 1000 or email clayton.sales@mmem.com.au
  9. If you would like the order to be complete before we deliver or contact you for pickup, specify in Special Instructions in CHECKOUT before placing the order (see image 5 below in RED).
