How Do I Setup a Credit or Cash Account with AWM Clayton

Open your browser of choice and then go to this URL https://clayton.awm.mmem.com.au and you will see the following;



Click on the Log In link in the top right corner of the website.  When the Login Form comes up, enter your username and password, typically the email address you signed up with and your account number (you can change the password and email address via the My Account page) and then click on the Login button.  If youre unable to log in a "Login failed" message will appear directly below the username field.  The most common reason for this will be incorrect username or password.  If you are not sure, click on Forgot Password? link and youll get the following page;



Enter in your email address or username and then click SUBMIT button.  If there is an account associated with the email address you entered, you will get an reset password email sent to it.  If you do not receive this email, it will likely mean it is not the correct one.  Please contact our support team via email at clayton.support@mmem.com.au or contact the office on (03)9549 1000 for help figuring this out if you are still unable to log in to the eCommerce site.
